Always contact us first! We will review the situation and provide further instructions for the repair. We will then send an invoice that is easy to pay online.

With careful use of the bracelets, these can last for years!

We provide 6 months warranty & free repair service. After 6 months we ask €7.50 per bracelet to repair it and replace any missing beads.

Return costs are at your expense, resending is at our expense!

The bracelets are elastic and fit in most cases. View the size chart for the correct size!

Do you want a different size? Which can! Then choose size "Custom" and enter your wrist circumference (measured tightly) in the order notes in the shopping cart. This is the pop-up screen before the checkout process.

Ordered before 3 p.m., delivered the next working day in the Netherlands. The shipment fits through the letterbox, so you don't have to be at home!

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can exchange or return your order without difficulty within 14 days. See exchanges and returns for this.
