At Stoney Bracelets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our bracelets are handmade and crafted to order, meaning we are not legally obligated to offer a return policy. However, we highly value customer satisfaction, so we offer the option to exchange or return your order within 30 days of purchase. Around holidays, we extend the return period to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

Conditions for Returns:

• Return Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Around holidays, we extend the return period.
• Product Condition: Products must be in original condition, with labels and tags attached, and free of any signs of use.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of €5 per bracelet will be applied for each returned bracelet. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The sender is responsible for the shipment and assumes the associated risks.
• Return Authorization: Returns without prior authorization (or without a return form) will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount, minus the restocking fee, within 2 business days to your account.
