Is buying online safe?

Which size should I order?

Have you finally found the perfect bracelet? Great, order now! We supply standard sizes with all models, take a good look at the measurement instruction. Do you still want a different size? Which can; Order that a "custom" size. Then enter your wrist size in the special area within the shopping cart.

What if I don't fit the standard sizes?

No problem! It is of course possible that your wrist is slightly larger or smaller than our standard sizes. We make each bracelet by hand. Order the size "custom" and then indicate your wrist circumference in the shopping cart and we will make the perfect bracelet for you.

How do I place an order?

Find the perfect bracelet(s) first! After that, you can place the bracelet in the shopping cart at the touch of a button, if in stock. You can always adjust the shopping cart and add or remove items. Is your order complete? Then press "Checkout". You will be sent to the next screen, where you must enter your contact details and shipping address. In accordance with our privacy policy, we naturally treat this information confidentially. Then choose your desired payment method.

What if a Stoney Bracelet is sold out?

We are fully automated! All items on the website are in stock or it is specifically stated that it is sold out. If your order does go wrong, for example due to a simultaneous order, we will contact you! Anyway, we will find a solution together.


How can I pay?

After payment we will prepare your bracelet for shipment. You can pay with us in the following ways. Safe and easy:

1) Via iDEAL you pay via your own bank, such as ING, ABN-AMRO, ASN, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Regiobank. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment of your own bank.
2) Paypal; choose this option and the provider will guide you through the payment process.
2) Klarna After Pay. Pay only after receipt of the order. You will be redirected to the Klarna environment.
3) Apple Pay / Google Pay; choose this option and the provider will guide you through the payment process.
4) Credit Card; choose this option in the checkout and you will be automatically guided through the payment process.

The above payment options are offered free of charge.

Pay with iDEAL

Pay safely, securely and easily with iDEAL. iDEAL is based on internet banking. This means that you can pay in your trusted payment environment, based on the specific security methods of your bank. You use the same tools for payment as with a payment via internet banking (for example Random Reader at Rabobank, SMS-Tan at ING Bank, and e.dentifier at ABN AMRO) or pay directly via the banking app on your phone. The payment is immediately debited from the payment account. In that respect it resembles a debit card payment.

Are there costs associated with paying with iDEAL?

No, there are no costs involved, all customers can pay with iDEAL for free at Stoney Bracelets.


What is the delivery time?

Our products are delivered from stock. This ensures that we can offer you a fast delivery.

We deliver in 1-2 business days. Orders, if in stock, for which we receive payment on working days before 3:00 PM, will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days. We ship via DHL, including Track & Trace code. Our packages fit through the letterbox, so you don't have to be at home!

What are the shipping costs?

We ship free in the Netherlands from €50! Below that only €4.50.

Belgium & Germany: Free from €70 (Otherwise €5.95)

Austria, France, Luxembourg, Portugal & Spain: Free from €70 (Otherwise €5.95)

Rest of Europe: Free from €100 (otherwise €6.95)

Can I see where my order is?

You will receive a number of e-mails with information about the status of your order at the e-mail address you specified when placing your order. The first message confirms receipt of your order. You will receive the second email when the items are shipped.

In it you can find a link, which will lead directly to your personal track-and-trace page.

Within seconds you can see exactly where your shipment is at that moment.

How are the Stoney Bracelets delivered?

Orders are delivered in a letterbox package. As a result, you do not have to be at home to receive it. The package contains a handwritten card, an order confirmation and your ordered products including a premium leather pouch. Unpack and enjoy!


Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can easily exchange or return your order within 14 days of purchase. Custom bracelets - made to measure - cannot be returned. If the dimensions are not correct, we can modify it.

A return shipment is for your own account. The sender is always responsible for shipping and assumes the risk.

When will my purchase amount be refunded?

If we have received your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 2 working days.

Is exchange possible?

Exchanging the bracelet for another bracelet or for a larger/smaller size is possible. The costs of returning are for your account. We will take care of sending another bracelet again. We like to have satisfied customers!


Is there a warranty on Stoney Bracelets?

Secure! Our bracelets are strung on thick silicone thread, which makes the bracelets extremely strong. It hardly ever happens, but he can snap. Don't panic, collect the beads and we'll fix the bracelet again!

We offer a 6-month warranty on every bracelet and a free repair service. After 6 months we charge repair costs, €7.50 per bracelet. See the Bracelet Repair page.


How should I maintain a natural stone bracelet?

Extend the life of your bracelet by avoiding any contact with chemical products (e.g. perfume, soap, creams). Don't wear them while exercising, sleeping or doing odd jobs. Perspiration affects the material, and the jewelry suffers extra from physical activities.

Did your bracelet get dirty? Rinse it with cold or lukewarm water and dry it gently.
