Exchanges & Returns

At Stoney Bracelets, we want you to wear your jewelry with confidence. Is your order not quite right? We'll work with you, and often we quickly find the right size or stone together.

Prefer to exchange, 100% credit
Is the size incorrect or does the stone look different than expected? We'd be happy to exchange it for you. When you exchange, you receive 100% of the value as credit, which you can use immediately to order a different size, color, or model. If you order with the same email address, the credit will be automatically applied at checkout. Your credit does not expire.

Prefer your money back
Do you still want to return? You can do so within 30 days of receipt. Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 2 business days. You will automatically receive a notification of this.

Step 1: send an email
Returns and exchanges are handled via email, so we can help you quickly and personally. Email info@stoneybracelets.nl with your order number and the reason. You will receive a response within 24 hours (on business days) with the next steps and a link to our return portal. Returns sent back without prior notification cannot be processed.

Conditions
To process a return or exchange, the bracelet must:

  • be unworn and undamaged;
  • be returned in the original plastic bag with EAN code (barcode);
  • be accompanied by the return form (downloadable in our return portal).

Products with signs of use or damage cannot be taken back or refunded.

Return costs
Return shipping is always at your own expense and risk, even for an exchange. Via the return portal, you can download a return label that you pay for yourself at a drop-off point of your choice, or you can use your own label. Keep your proof of shipment until your refund or credit is processed.

Fair about returns
We deliberately keep returns easily accessible. Do you occasionally return something? Then you won't notice anything. If you intentionally order many items with the intention of returning most of them, we will charge a restocking fee of €5 per returned bracelet. This way, we keep our service fast and our prices competitive for everyone who makes conscious purchases.

Received incorrectly or damaged?
Is there something wrong with your order, or did it arrive damaged? We will always resolve it. Email us a photo and your order number via info@stoneybracelets.nl, and we will send you a new one free of charge.
