Honest truth

We do not sell jade bracelets. But we would like to honestly explain why — and what we *do* offer if you're looking for the same aesthetic and quality. Jade is precious, and not always the best for what you actually want.

Jade: the real story

Jade has a million-year-old history: sacred in China, revered in Japan, and a symbol of wealth and power in cultures worldwide. But "jade" is actually two different stones: nephrite and jadeite. Both are hard, both are expensive, both are often counterfeited.

Real jade costs €40–€200+ per gram. This means a real jade bracelet can quickly cost €400–€2,000+. And that's just for the stone itself. Plus craftsmanship, plus assembly, plus margin.

The market is full of cheap fake jade: dyed glass, green plastic, or stone sold as "jade" that isn't jade at all. So if you want jade, you need to buy from an expert.

"Real jade is rare, expensive, and difficult to distinguish from fake."

What we *do* offer

We have a different perspective: why jade? If you love green gemstones, mystical shine, or a cultural story — we have something better for you. Stones that are fair in price, authentic in origin, and much more interesting in their story.

These are our alternatives:

African
Turquoise
African Turquoise Green

The same green hue as jade, but much more original. African turquoise is rarely counterfeited, much more affordable, and has a natural luster that jade cannot match. Each piece is unique.

Labradorite
Labradorite Mystical

If you want jade for its mystical, spiritual story — labradorite is where it's at. A stone that shimmers, changes color, and has a history older than jade itself. Rarer. More interesting.

Lapis Lazuli
Lapis Lazuli Truth

The same status as jade in ancient civilizations, but with more glitter and grandeur. Lapis lazuli was used by Cleopatra. A much stronger story than jade, and just as durable. Premium beyond doubt.

What makes jade truly special

Jade has an ancient status. In Chinese culture, jade is not just a stone — it is a symbol of purity, wisdom, and eternity. In Japan, jade (jadeite) signifies protection and harmony. No other stone can match that story's intensity.

However: you don't have to wear jade to feel that story. You don't have to spend €1,500 to feel premium and purposeful. The best bracelet is the stone that speaks to you — that you want to wear every day, that you feel, and that fits into your life.

Our advice

Jade is ancient, beautiful, and valuable. But if you're choosing, choose based on your story, not on tradition. Choose African turquoise if you want green, labradorite if you want mysticism, or lapis lazuli if you want true premium. All cost less, all are authentic, all do exactly the same for how you feel.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between nephrite and jadeite? +
Nephrite and jadeite are both jade, but chemically different. Nephrite is softer, cheaper, and more common. Jadeite is harder, rarer, and more expensive. Both are sold as "jade," which makes it difficult to know what you are actually buying. That's why we recommend other stones: no confusion, no risk.
Is jade really worth the money? +
Yes, real jade is valuable. But only if you know what you're buying, and only from a reliable source. For most men, a durable, authentic stone like labradorite or lapis lazuli is much better — you pay less, you're sure it's real, and you still feel premium.
Can you wear jade in water? +
Yes, jade is hard enough for daily wear and water. But you should be careful with hot water and soap, as this can remove the natural oils from the stone. All our gemstone bracelets can be worn in water, but we recommend cleaning them every two weeks with a soft cloth.
Why don't you offer jade? +
We opt for stones we can guarantee one hundred percent. The jade market is full of fake products, and we do not want to participate in that game. Our mission is: honest stones, clear prices, no doubt. You pay for what you get, nothing less, nothing more.
Which stone should I choose if I want jade? +
It depends on what jade means to you. Do you want the green color? Choose African turquoise. Do you want the mystical story? Labradorite. Do you want the status? Lapis lazuli. Each of these stones feels just as premium, costs less, and you're sure it's real.
Are your stones as durable as jade? +
Yes. Jade is 7–7.5 on the Mohs hardness scale. Our stones are in the same range: African turquoise 6.5, labradorite 6–6.5, lapis lazuli 5–6. For daily wear, they are all perfectly suitable. With normal use, they will last decades.
