Green gemstone: types and jewelry

Green is the widest colour family in natural stone and at the same time the trickiest, because no two green stones share the same green. This collection brings together everything we carry in green, from silky bottle green to grey-green with black spots.

Which green stones we carry

• Green tiger eye: silky shine with a cat's eye effect, and the most classic green of the range.
• Kambaba Jasper: dark green with black circles, a petrified fossil pattern that is different on every bead.
• Tree Agate: white with green branching, the lightest of the range.
• African turquoise: matte green with brown speckling. Despite the name, this is a jasper, not turquoise.
• Malachite: boldly banded green, the most outspoken of this collection.
• Indian Agate and Kiwi Agate: speckled green, calmer and easier to wear next to other colours.

What we don't carry

Jade and emerald are often mentioned in the same breath as green gemstones, but neither is in our range. Looking for clear, translucent green? We can't help you with that right now.

Wearing green

Green is warmer than it looks and works best next to earth tones, not next to bright ones. Green tiger eye next to hematite keeps it sharp, Kambaba next to lava stone makes it earthy and dull.

The right size

Most green is 8mm and therefore men's size. Green tiger eye, Indian Agate and African turquoise are also available in 6mm for women. Measure your wrist with a tape measure and add about one and a half centimetres; the full breakdown is in the size chart. Exchanging for another size is free.
